Listed below are our standard fees, however, should you have more than one property that you would like us to manage or let then we remain flexible and can offer more favourable terms.

We can provide you with a listing on our website, Prime Location and Zoopla platforms. Perfect for the landlords who wish to do their own viewings and referencing. Inclusive of our text and photographs.

We will find the best possible tenant through our professional marketing, accompanied viewings and in-house referencing. We will also set up the tenancy agreement, standing order, collect the first month's rent and deposit.

Everything you get with our let only service plus we managed the entire let to include rent chasing and processing, regular inspections and 24hr maintenance. We also take meter readings and inform the utilities.
